Adopt-a-Pet Friday: People for Animals

This week we are featuring People for Animals, a New Jersey-based spay/neuter clinic and rescue. The reason being that I have that itch — you know the one that naggs at you to get another pet. And that’s when I saw Andy.

He is soooo precious and I almost didn’t write about him because I really, really want to adopt him, however, it is very bad timing and he really deserves a wonderful home! He is a 4-year-old chihuahua mix who loves toys and does “lots of tail wagging,” according to his Petfinder profile. (lots of tail wagging? he’s meant to be Toby’s brother!) He also loves a warm lap to sit on. He is a bit afraid of new people, but he warms up to people quickly.

Meet Nadine

Nadine is an American Straffordshire Terrier mix who was found on the streets covered in open wounds. She has a few scars, but still treats “every stranger as a potential best friend,” according to her Petfinder profile. She is also good with other animals.

Meet Phoebe

This unique looking Italian Greyhound, Pharaoh Hound mix has such a cute face, especially when he has a toy in his mouth. According to her Petfinder profile she is athletic and would make a great companion.

As always, we are not affiliated with any of these shelters, nor can I guarantee these pets are still available. But, I do know they look darn cute, and deserve a great home!
