Last summer I wrote about what I called “street pets” that I kept seeing outside my office building in Manhattan.They were gone for most of the winter, but now that the weather is getting warmer, they’re back.

The person who I’m assuming they belong to, still won’t talk to me, but I hope one day he will. So, we sdon’t know if he’s homeless and these are his pets {which is happening a lot on the Las Vegas strip}, whether he’s selling them, if they’re stolen or really what the actual story is.

The good news, is they all still look healthy and they seem to have a collar with tags on them. Today he had several dogs and cats with him.
