Last year Maddux earned his AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy title. We got a medal and a certificate from AKC.

But, what I didn’t know was that every year our local kennel club, to which we belong, does a super nice luncheon where they give members plaques engraved with the titles each dog has earned in the past year.
