When I first saw the title for this article from KARE 11 in Minnesota I thought, “what’s so special about a dog who jumps in the water after this toy.” After I watched it — Wow. This is pretty neat. I know Toby would *never* do this. Would your dog?
I have two bird feeders in my backyard attached to a poll, and someone asked me this morning if I get hummingbirds coming to them. I explained how I’m really mixed with filling them, because there are so many cats around that I feel as if I’m just delivering the birds on a silver platter… Continue reading Oh, Squirrels!

Toby loves the snow, especially when his grandpa throws him in it!
After a nice long walk in Saratoga Springs, we came back home and Toby got to play with his new toy. OK, I’m not sure if “play” is the correct word, but he was having fun! …. And was totally confused. Actually, he still is confused by it.
Toby loves going to Lake George. Its gotten to the point where I can’t mention the words “Lake George” until we are absolutely ready to get in the car and go, or else he goes nuts. Hmmm… I don’t know where he got his love for the Adirondacks from? 😉
